Chef Kristen McNally
Director Kiesendahl School of HospitalityChef McNally is a graduate of Marywood College and The Culinary Institute of America where she earned her degree in Culinary Arts. Chef McNally has been with Lackawanna College since 2012. She is the Director of the School of Hospitality and advisor to Hospitality and Bachelor Degree students.
Chef Mark Seibert
CEC, CCE, Culinary Program ManagerChef Seibert is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. Chef Seibert has been with Lackawanna College since 2015. In addition to advising culinary students, Chef Seibert is the lead instructor for the SOH restaurant courses.
Chef Susan Markovich
CHE, Special Programs Coordinator 409 on Adams, Dining Room ManagerChef Markovich joined Lackawanna College in 2018. She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University where she earned her degree in Culinary Arts. Chef Markovich manages 409 on Adams, our student run restaurant, teaches within the SOH and coordinates all special programs or events that take place in our restaurant.
Chef Christa Sapone
Baking and Pastry CoordinatorChef Sapone is a graduate of both The Culinary Institute of America, where she earned her degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, as well as Luzerne County Community College, where she earned her culinary degree. Chef Sapone is the lead instructor within the Baking & Pastry program.
